You've done it! You've fallen in love and set a wedding date. Congratulations! We know how important your wedding day is. We also understand how many decisions need to be made as you prepare for your special day. That is why we at Entertainment on the Move do our best to take the guesswork out of a choosing a DJ service. Whether you're looking for a high-energy atmosphere or a more elegant mood, we'll work closely with you to help create the wedding reception of your dreams!

Since our inception in 1987, Entertainment on the Move has successfully provided the music for literally hundreds of wedding receptions! We have found that the best parties are fun, while at the same time, smoothly and professionally run. We accomplish this by working closely with the bride & groom in advance of the date. Your EOTM DJ also works closely with the banquet manager, catering staff, photographer, videographer, and others, helping to assure that your evening will be a total success!

Getting Started:
When you contact us, either through this website or by phone, you will receive a prompt, friendly response. We'll explain our pricing, check our date availability, and suggest how you might "lock us in" with an advance deposit. You'll receive a written receipt verifying that the money is in and the date is yours.

Prior to your event, we'll discuss any special needs you might have. We'll assist you in developing your reception format, (i.e. placement of introductions, announcements, and the various preliminary dances, etc.) You'll then receive a written Service Agreement that will outline the format plan.

Requests:
Absolutely! Before your wedding date, we'll supply you with an EOTM song list. You'll be invited to mark your favorites. (and to cross out any you definitely DON'T want to hear.) At your reception, we'll welcome requests from your guests, while using the song list you've marked as our guide.

Your EOTM DJ:
At Entertainment on the Move, all DJ's are experienced professionals who love what they do and it shows. Your DJ will be dressed in formal attire unless otherwise instructed. He will smoothly and effectively emcee your event, helping move your night along with timely announcements and introductions. Most of all, he'll provide just the right music mix to keep your guests dancing all night!

Early Set-up:
It is our policy to arrive early to each event. All equipment set-up and sound checks are done before your guests arrive.
